Technical Reference Architecture (ETRA (formerly OTRA))

As of Friday 18th July access to the ServiceNow portal is no longer available. For the 3.86 release, the Technical documentation is  included in the release media.

Technical documentation is not available on the Evolution Portal at the present time. We are currently working on a solution and will update links as soon as that is available.

In the meantime, the technical documentation is available on the 3.86 release media.
