SEN/SEND – Reports that help LAs identify data they need to tidy in readiness for the SEN2 person level return (3.75.011 & 3.76.001)
Description
Additional SQL scripts are available to help LAs tidy their data in readiness for the SEN2 person level return. These scripts should be run after the Feature Update has been applied. They can be found in the ‘Additional scripts’ folder once you have downloaded the Feature Update.
Update UKPRN for BASES for SEN2 person level return
These scripts will identify the Base Level data to update the UKPRN on the basis of Name and Postcode. They will generate a report for the data that needs to be tidied in readiness for the SEN2 person level return.
Tidy Base and Student level data for SEN2 person level return
These scripts will identify the Base Level and Student Level data that needs to be tidied in readiness for the SEN2 person level return and will generate a report for this data.
Students will be captured when:
- They have active EHCP Assessment Involvements, EHCP Re-Assessment Involvements and SEN Assessment Involvements
- They have inactive EHCP Assessment Involvements, EHCP Re-Assessment Involvements and SEN Assessment Involvements after 31-12-2020.
