Statutory – Alternative Provision Census 2022 (3.76)
Description
This release supports the following changes to the AP (Alternative Provision) Census 2021 Return:
- The Census period is between 22 January 2021 to 20 January 2022
- If there is a FSM history record available for a student where:
- the End Date is not null
- Country is England or null
the validation message ‘Due to FSM protection, FSM periods would not be expected to have an end date. Please provide a reason‘ is no longer displayed while validating the AP Census.
- If there is a school history record available for a student and the student is also eligible for AP Census return, the validation message ‘Pupil may already have been included in School/PRU census‘ is no longer displayed while validating the AP census.
- Base Types while validating the AP Census:
- If a student has a school history associated with AP details, the Base Type of that school is displayed.
- If a student doesn’t have any school history associated with AP details, the Base Type is displayed as Null.
- If a student has multiple active AP records, the Base Type is displayed as Null.
- If a student has a single AP record which is closed (ie, having an End Date) and has a school history which was active during the AP record date range, the Base Type of that school is displayed.
