System – Forum Hyperlinks added to all One Education Screens (3.77)
Description
Customers are now able to access the customer forums direct from One Education.
The URL for the Capita Communities One Education forum is supplied as the default value for the System Default parameter. This can be customised if required.
The forums initially open as read-only. Users need to log in to post.
A new System Default parameter called FORUMURL has been created:

The Value set in this parameter is passed to a new Forums hyperlink that is now present in the top-right of all One Education screens.

When users click the hyperlink, their default browser will open the link provided in the FORUMURL parameter.
