Date/Time stamps have been added for updates to Young Person & Parent/Carer Self Assessments. This is visible in the View Stage for Completed Stages only.

On completion of the stage, the YOT practitioner is asked to confirm whether the self assessment is up to date or not:

The respective stage completion date and time is captured for the date/time stamp. - No
The date/time stamp is not updated and shows the date/time of the last update.
